Free parking is available in the clinic lot. The office is easily accessible from Highway 35 with ample space for patients of all mobility levels.

Insurance & Payment

We accept most major insurance plans and Medicare. Our front desk team will verify your coverage before your visit so there are no surprises.

Self-pay and cash-pay options are also available for uninsured patients. Please call to discuss pricing for specific services.

New Patients

Welcome! New patients are always welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete registration forms. Bring a photo ID, your insurance card, and a list of current medications.
